[tulip] Netgear 510 Cardbus PCMCIA

OK,
I figured out what I was doing wrong. The latest tulip driver is now being
used, using tulip.o, cb_shim.o etc rather than tulib_cb.o. The card looks
like it comes up, but I still get the same problem with Tx Hung 11 vs 0.

I am using the latest (3.1.19) version of the pcmcia package. Is this method
of using the tulip module tested with this version of PCMCIA - is it worth
going to an older version?
Steve
