Ok. In an effort to assist with the Linksys card problems I've
collected some tulip-diag information. I've attached 2 files: 'status'
shows the status of the card using the 2.2.15pre16 kernel drivers,
which don't work. 'status.working' shows the status of the card using
the Linksys supplied driver (based on 0.91f it looks like). It's worth
noting that simply loading the kernel module does not product this
state. I have to actually bring the device up with ifconfig (ifconfig
eth0 up). This brings it into the state you see. Most notable to my
novice eyes is the "transmit threshold" setting.

Anyway, I hope this helps.
