Osicom 2300C33FSC

FYI:

I was able to get the Osicom 2300C33FSC operating under Linux 2.3.11
tulip v0.91 with the following command:

mii-diag eth[.] -F 100baseTx-FD

That obviously set it up for 100baseFD operation.  It may be possible
for it to do things like 10baseHD, etc... I'll test those next week. 
If I can get a media converter, then I'll try it on a live network.

Prior to doing that command, the board showed _no_ sign of working.
