Which 21143 cards are known to work?

I'm using old SMC 21140 based cards with no problems right now but
have to order additional cards for new machines.  Which 21143 based
cards are known to work right now?  I understand that the Kingston
cards do not always work with the current driver.

And for the guy with the no link beat problem, you didn't plug it
into a mdi-mdix port with the switch set to the wrong position did
you?
