Network not recognized

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. This computer
(running RH5.2 2.0.36) will not see the network. Everything (routing,
cables, etc.) has been ruled out except hardware. If anyone has any ideas
let me know. Included are the tulip-diag output and part of the message
file. (sorry it's so long)
