	You might try v0.91 with this card.  I have had trouble with
the 21143 based KNE100TX cards with the later v0.91 drivers.  The
older 21140 units work with v0.89H through latest devel, but the 21143
units have issues with pre .91 and have trouble with duplex and
freezing when using later .91 versions
