My Lite-On 82c168 PNIC stopped working

I compiled and updated to this Version v0.91g2 10/9/99 driver.
(I have kernel 2.0.36 -- debian slink.)

After I did a modprobe tulip debug=6 I received:

It worked perfect on another motherboard, just minutes before I switched
it.
