Setting IRQs on 21143?

Hello.  I currently have a Kingston KNE100TX and Kingston DFE-570TX 4-port
Ethernet card in my system.  After a small bit of tweaking, I have been
able to get them to behave somewhat nicely in my box.  However, I do have
to add a Efficient Networks ENI-155p ATM nic to this box.  Is there a way
to specify which IRQ each one of the eth interfaces will take (e.g.
through /etc/conf.modules)?  The output of my /proc/pci is below, and yes,
I have checked my bios, which does not allow me to assign a IRQ to each
PCI slot (I am using a Abit BP6 motherboard, and v0.91 of tulip.c in
kernel version 2.2.12).  Thanks in advance...
