Linksys EtherFast 10/100 Cardbus (PCMPC200) problems...

i'm using the linksys etherfast 10/100+modem combo in 2.3.x builtin pcmcia
and it works nicely except on some things like 3com superstack switches
(100FD), it flops back and forth on link beat detection.
