21143, v0.90, and 2.1.126 kernel

Has anyone had any success with this combination?
v0.90 works like a charm on my machine with a
2.0.35 kernel.  Unfortunately, I only get access
to the lower 16MB of memory.  The 2.1.126
kernel solves my memory problem but networking
doesn't work.  The card seems to be detected
correctly in both cases.  Aside from the kernel,
my system is running a vanilla RedHat 5.1
installation.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
