version .90 and multiple Macronix cards

Thanks to Donald Becker for his improvements in the driver. The Macronix
cards now work much better. My only problem is with getting the driver to
detect the EEPROM tables when using two cards. Loading the driver, I get
this: 

eth0: Macronix 98713 PMAC at 0x6100, EEPROM not present, 00 4c 69 6e 75
79, IRQ

eth1: Macronix 98713 PMAC at 0x6200, 00 40 f6 84 ea 7d, IRQ 12.

Any ideas?
