	I just got 3 ANA6944/TX cards, the tulip driver was bringing up
strange IRQ/mem address, and giving no eprom errors.  The de45 driver
however works fine.  (across 3 diff MB/bios comboes).

	Strange though, every card in this shop is tulip based, and until
now all have run wonderfully with the tulip driver, never even compiled
the de45 driver before, no need.

	As folks might have suspected, not much survives except roaches,
	and they don't carry large enough packets fast enough...
