[tulip-bug] Problem with dhcpd

Hi,

I have problem after upgrading kernel from 2.4.3 -> 2.4.4.

Our systems:

* Server
-RH-7.1
-kernel 2.4.3
-glibc 2.2.2
-dhcp from ISC 3.0rc8pl1

* Clients
Intel PXE bootroms
pump 0.8.11 (RH-6.2 + kernel 2.4.5)

Everything works fine with kernel 2.4.3 (tulip 0.9.14) on server side.
After upgrading server to kernel 2.4.4 (tulip 0.9.15-pre2) compiled
with same config, dhcp/bootp did stop working.

Tcpdump (on server side) shows no traffic on wire, so Im guessing
no client requests goes through network stack due some
(broadcast handle?) error.

I did kicked out tulip card and replaced it with via-rhine card,
it resolves my problem temporary.
