[tulip-bug] Problem with Xircom Cardbus Card ( RBEM 56 )

I'm not sure it is the right list for pcmcia devices, but it's the only 
reference I can find in the source file... So please don't beat me ! :)

Here is the problem : Since the kernel 2.4.1 my xircom cardbus card is 
limited to a bandwith of 100 Kb/s  ( and not 100 Mb/s ) when I download 
something by ftp or http. I say since 2.4.1 but I say that from memory.

For sure the pcmcia-cs package works fine, and I have more bandwith when I 
use the module provided.

the compiler is gcc 2.95.3, I have tested with many 2.4.1ac and now with the 
latest 2.4.2. I also try to compile without the mmapped IO without success.

If someone want more informations ... ( the config of the kernel and so on 
... )

PS : The disgnostic program shows nothing unusual.
