about every hour or so I get this message on my router

It scrolls until I ifconfig eth2 down; ifconfig eth2 up
and then the card comes back up.. The card is Kingston KNE100TX, there are
3 other cards in the machine, a linksys PNIC and a Via Rhine and a 8029..
Eth2 is the Kingston and it's the only one that is having problems so
far.. eth0 is the 8029 and traffic is being routed from eth0 to eth2 ,
eth1 is disabled and eth3 is to another router.
Before eth2 was another linksys card PNIC-II and I just replaced it with
the kingston (21143) and it still does it.. I'm using driver
0.91g, kernel 2.2.14.. This has only happened with the increase in
traffic recently.. it was up for over 2 months with no problems before.

Thanks
