Probelem with LiteOn Tulip card

I've had the same problem - especially with the apartment network here,
with some machines on 10baseT and others on 100baseT. What worked for me
was switching back to .89H. This, however, gives me an older problem of
occasional spontaneous networking lock-up. To remedy this, I put
/etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart into my cron.daily. Quite a kludge,
I'll admit, but no problems since.
