two Adaptec Cards with DEC-Chipset

Dear sirs,

can you tell me how to configure two Adaptec network cards in one Linux 
system (Kernel 2.0.36)?
The first card should be used with 100MBit (no FD) and the second card 
should be used with 10MBit (no FD); both with UTP cables.
My system configuration:

Intel Pentium 100
Gigabyte Mainboard
64 MB RAM
Adaptec 2940U SCSI PCI controller
ATI Mach64 VGA card
IBM DDRS 4,5 GB SCSI HDD
Toshiba SCSI CD-Rom

I hope you can help me or tell me an address where I can find a solution.
