Can't get a Netgear card to work in a new HP 6470Z

Hi:

I've got a new HP 6470Z.  I installed RedHat v5.2 and put in two Netgear
10/100 cards (the old kind with the real DEC chip in it).  The cards are
unrecognized.  proc/pci shows the cards, but ifconfig dies saying
"resource temporarily unavailable".  I upgraded the kernel to v2.2.4,
but that had no useful effect on it.  Interestingly, if you type
ifconfig eth0, the display looks normal, but has no IRQ listed.

Here is the output from tulip-diag -f -e -e -a -m -m, proc/pci,
proc/interrupts, and proc/ioports.

If there is any further information that would help, let me know.  I'd
really like to use this box for something.

In the meantime, I've scrounged up a nasty old 3com 10Mb/s card...
