0.90z or 0.91 (was: warnings)

I just checked...

v0.90zzz (and this code hasn't been changed recently) can detect the
ANA6911A MII transceiver only after the interface has been activated once.
So it works correctly (i.e. can check the duplex) only on the second module
load.

I'll see if I can make it work correctly for v0.91.
