[tulip-announce] tulip.c v0.93 released, same code as 0.92x.

The version number of the tulip driver has been changed to v0.93.

This is the same code as v0.92x 8/7/2001, with just the version string
changed.  Today this version hit the three months stable anniversary.

Expected changes for v0.93a are

  Structural
    Put in netif_msg updates - detailed, per-interface status message control.
    Support both sets of MII ioctl constants.

  Chip-specific 
    Individual table entries for 98715, 98715a and 98725
    Track down mxic-98715 configuration problem.
    More obvious messages for media override settings
