[realtek] rtl8139

Hello, 
I'm configuring a FastEthernet from Genius,
the driver of the card is the rtl8139,
i'm using Linux Debian 2.2r0 and kernel 2.2.17

I hava recompiled the kernel with the option of
experimental drivers/modules, because the rtl8139 module
is experimental in the 2.2.17 kernel.

rtl8139 is compiled as a module.

When i execute:
insmod rtl8139, it cannot do the action,
the systems said that the device is busy...

In /etc/modules.conf I have:
   alias eth0 rtl8139

Please, help me, and lot of thanks.
