Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the note, but I'm not really having any problems with the
current driver, I'm just trying to do some information digging.  The
actual problem is with Windows, and I was hoping that the 'interrupt line
blocked' message might give me some clues as to what is wrong.

It only happens intermittently under linux, but doesn't seem to affect the
network card in any way.  It keeps functioning 100%, not even a rx or tx
error on ifconfig -a.  My thought is that whatever this message indicates
is causing the network card to die in Windows 2k, so that's why I'm trying
to figure out what the message actually means.
