[realtek] RTL8139 + Kernel 2.4.3 setup problem

Hi everyone

I have got rtl8139 chipset and RH kernel 2.4.3.  I've problem compiling the 
*.c files as instructed from
http://www.scyld.com/network/rtl8139.html

Also, I've use the 8139too that comes with the 2.4.3 kernel, I'm able to 
insmod.  But when I do ifconfig eth1 up.  My server hang and required a 
reboot.

I've tested with 2.2.16, the rtl8139.o work fine.  So it is not the card 
malfunction.
