where to get pci-scan.h and kern_compat.h ?

    I tried to compile the latest rtl8139.c that I downloaded from
www.scyld.com. I am running kernel version 2.2.12-20 .

    The compile fails since it cannot find pci-scan.h and kern_compat.h.
What package must I install to get these files ?
