Dear Joerg Hoh and Mariano Mendez,

I found from your postings that you have a cardbus card with the rtl8139
going under linux. As I trying for a long while without success (O2Mirco
bridge and a planet 3504FC card) I am interested in what you have done
and which versions of pcmcia, kernel, driver, file, which hardware etc.
you are using.

I use suse 7.0 with a kernel 2.2.16, downloaded pcmcia-3.1.21 and the
rtl8139.c (inclusive the pci-scan and kernel-komp and cb_shim files)
then I modified the /etc/pcmcia/config.opts:

device "rtl8139_cs"
	modules "cb_enabler", "cb_shim", "pci-scan", "rtl8139"

card "Planet ENW33504FC"
	version "Realtek", "ENW-3504FC"
	bind "rtl8139_cs"

But I get a message "... resource busy .. temporaly unavailable."

Greeting and happy xmas,

	Georg Ritter
