[realtek-bug] rtl8139 problem in kernel 2.2.19

RxFIFOOverflow and RxOverflow -- you ran of memory and PCI bus
bandwidth.  What kind of machine do you have this in?  Are you certain
that the rtl8139 board isn't sharing the PCI bus master lines with some
other PCI slot?
