rtl8139.c new v1.06 available for test.

rtl8139.c v1.06 is now available from
  ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/linux/drivers/test/rtl8139.c

This version fixes a wrap-around bug that manifest itself after transmitting
2^32 - 1 packets.

This version also attempts to fix a theorized race condition that causes
transmit timeouts, especially at 10mbps.

Please send a report if this fixes a problem for you.


The recent test version, rtl8139.c v1.05, is now in the standard release
location.
