I found out what is problem.

Hyperthreading seems to give the problem on the Intelboard.
It is a D915GEV.

I plugged the NIC into a single CPU board and it works !!

..May I conclude it is a hardware problem!
will there ba fix in the driver for this?

How can I contribute. Do you want some informtaion about the hardware (
What?)

I realy like to have a fix of the driver.

What does the diagnostic program (from ftp.scyld.com/pub/diag/) report?

With the IRQ0 report, it appears that this device has not been activated
by the BIOS.
