As usually, your mileage may vary. We have two machines running 2.4.3
and the Ethernet card works at 100 Mb/s.

I would not say it is perfect: we had one kernel panic when stressing
the Web server, which could be related to the Ethernet driver. Other
Ethernet tests, like multiple "ping -f" or "bing" do not trigger such
a panic.
