Epic 100 v1.04

Just a short report to say that I upgraded from the v1.03 driver to the
newer v1.04 one. It works just fine and so I have nothing bad to report.
If anyone cares, this particular machine is a PPro based system running
on an ASUS P/I-XP6NP5 motherboard with a 2.0.35 kernel. I have a second
Linux machine with an SMC9432TX card still running with version 1.03 of
the driver. Since it's a network server/gateway system I don't upgrade
it as often as my workstation unless there is some sort of problem.
