[eepro100] Disabling some interfaces on a multiple interface card

No, there isn't an option with the standard driver.  It's not clear that
it would be generally useful option.  (Or perhaps I should say "it's
clear how useful this would be...")

PCI device drivers detect all installed devices that they support, and
then make themselves available for dynamically registered (e.g. CardBus)
devices.
