Due to a microcode bug the 82555's speed can't be set from 10 to 100Mbps. Consider the situation: insmod eepro100 option for 10 mbps rmmod insmod eepro100 option for 100 mbps mii-tool reports no link. A fix for the problem is to issue a PHY reset in speedo_found1().
