[eepro100] Problems with arp flip-flops

Hello,

I have a problem with arp flip-flops. 

I have a dell-machine PowerEdge 2550 with two Intel eepro100-cards under
a 2.2.20 linux-kernel. All Cards are connectes to the same switch with
another IP-Adresses.

Our carrier have an arpwatch and reported that there are arp flip-flops 
between the two cards. Now we have installed new newest driver and
we have this problems again.

Can somebody help me, what can be the problem ??
