[eepro100] Transmit time out on i82555

After RTFM'ing a bit more, I got the module compiled and into my
kernel. However, I am still getting timeout errors.

I followed the instructions in the message at
http://www.scyld.com/pipermail/eepro100/2001-October/001969.html to
disable sleep mode but that did not have an effect.
