[eepro100] ata100 and eepro100

Would you tell what you mean by machine crashes, does it
panic, or network hangs? If the system panics then can you tell if
it is due to network buffer corruption or not looking at message buffer
syslog etc. I am still chasing a buffer corruption problem which I can
not relate to network driver.
