[eepro100] What do RX-FIFO errors mean?

Use the vortex@scyld.com list -- the 3c575 is a Vortex card.  (Well,
really a Cyclone...)

I suspect the one in the 2.4 kernel does not.  My version has supported
CardBus versions and hot-swap PCI for about two years.
