[eepro100] eepro100 crashing with D815EEA motherboard

hi ya jerry...

that would be really silly if the kernel swapped out the 
eepro driver during bootup.... that seems like a reasonable
explanation for why sometimes it boots up nicely...and sometimes
not...( randomly )..usually recompiling or rerunning lilo
fixed it for me...but now modules could be another way...

and yeah...i have most of um...
rh-6.x, slack-7.x, suse-6.x, deb-2.x, cald-4.x, mandrake-7.x etc..
all good and bad..just depends on who is "counting the good"..
