Transmit problems with eepro100
I am getting transmit timed out errors about every 5 minutes in my syslog.
They look like this:
Apr 29 10:09:32 flibble kernel: eth0: Transmit timed out: status 0050 0000 at 7114712/7114726 command 000c0000.
Apr 29 10:09:32 flibble kernel: eth0: Trying to restart the transmitter...
These problems seem to be causing small locks in the X traffic I'm running across the card.
mii-diag returns:
Using the default interface 'eth0'.

Link status: previously broken, but now reestablished.
Your link partner advertised 45e1: Flow-control 100baseTx-FD 100baseTx 10baseT-FD 10baseT, w/ 802.3X flow control.
eepro100-diag -f -a returns:

No interrupt sources are pending.
The transmit unit state is 'Suspended'.
The receive unit state is 'Ready'.
This status is normal for an activated but idle interface.
eepro100-diag -f -m returns:
