Problems with an eepro100

Hi all:

We ha a box with an ASUS P2B-D2 motherboard with an intel  LAN ChipSet
integrated (is say the manual but diag sees 82557). It has two pentium
III

We can not make it working properly under a RED HAT 6.2 with a kernel
2.2.14smp-5

I can insert the module and ifconfig without problems. When I ping some
host in the LAN it loose packet and get errors:

When I stop ping and do it again, the card does not work:

And I have to make 

rmmod eepro100

and install it again.

¿Do you know any solucion?

I am not suscribe in the list, if you don't mind sen me a personal copy.
