offtopic:
thanx, i looked into the 2.3.99pre3 kernel and found bonding.c,
"a bonding/etherchannel/sun trunking net driver", but didn't try yet.
it also uses ifenslave from the beowulf project.

Are you sure you had a bonding driver for 2.2.14?
