Transmit timed out: options eepro100 multicast_filter_limit=0 doesn't help

Hi this is Kunihiro Ishiguro.

I try to use Linux version 2.2.2 eepro100.c:v1.06.  I've also
experienced Transmit timed out problem with below syslog output.

Mar  4 06:18:21 zoo kernel: eth0: Transmit timed out: status 0050  0000 at 1960/1975 command 00000000.                                                     
Mar  4 06:18:21 zoo kernel: eth0: Trying to restart the transmitter...     
Mar  4 06:18:41 zoo kernel: eth0: Transmit timed out: status 0050  0000 at 1975/1991 command 000c0000.                                                       
Mar  4 06:18:41 zoo kernel: eth0: Trying to restart the transmitter...

But with Linux version 2.0.36 epic100.c:v0.99B it works fine.

I've just added 

options eepro100 multicast_filter_limit=0

But it doesn't help.  Is there anybody who can fix this problem?
