But Sorry for mis-encoding messages.

I want to know each meanings of configuration param which is used at
set_rx_mode() function.

How to configure i82557 into "No save Bad frames" , "Discard Short
frames" , "Broadcast Disable", "Promiscuous Mode", Multicast" ... etc

If you can't reply above all meanings.

Follwoing is priorities of my questions.
   1. No Save Bad Frames
   2. Broadcast & Multicast Enable/Disable
   3. Discard short frames (what is short frames???)
   4. Promiscuous mode enable/disable

Please Let me know above setting method more and more, if possible...
