[eepro100-bug] 82559ER self test

Hi all,

	82559ER[eepro100.c] self test fails, when run on Aaeon manufactured
Gene-4310 board.
	What could be the reason? The data sheet doesn't specify the SCB
port self test offset. It just says
		Address and Data (bits 32:4)
		PORT Function Selection (bits 3:0)
		The 82559ER supports four PORT commands: Software Reset,
Self-test, Selective Reset, and Dump.
	Can anyone specify, what the data & addr bits be set to in case of
self test, sw reset, sel reset & dump.
