[eepro100-bug] i82559 detected as i82557 and not initialising

Aha! I did move slots a couple of times, but on reading the carefully hidden
documentation, it seems just about all the slots are sharing IRQs,
bus-master control, etc. I managed to try all of these, and not the lucky
last one left that *would* work.
