[eepro100-announce] Now available: eepro100-diag.c:v2.04 5/21/2001

A new version of the eepro100-diag program is now available from
    ftp://www.scyld.com/pub/diag/eepro100-diag.c

The primary changes are
 - to emit a message when the sleep mode bit is set in the EEPROM, and
 - to clean up the EEPROM writing code.

Usage instructions are unchanged:

Emit a message when the EEPROM sleep mode bit is set.

Extracted eeprom_busy_poll() from the write function.

Updated the generic code to match diag-example v2.03.
  - Changed the -A, -F, -G, and -p parameters to accept unsigned values.
  - Corrected the catch-all mask code when parsing /proc/bus/pci.
  - Added the URL for irq-conflict.html.
  - Changed the format of struct pcidev_entry so that only one name is needed.
