[eepro100-announce] eepro100.c v1.13 of 1/9/2001 out for testing

This is a really minor update.
I normally wouldn't put out a new version for such minor changes, but we are
building the beta test version of the next Scyld Beowulf distribution and
I want to get all of the changes in.

Add a little extra time before doing an RxAddrLoad.  (Rick Niles @scyld.)

Clean up recovery from polling mode.
Do not interpret a 0xffff interrupt status as a requirement to enter into
polling mode.
