[Beowulf] Munge (used by Slurm and others) CVE

Hi all,

For those who've not noticed the munge package (used for signing 
messages authenticating who the creating user is and when/where it was 
created by things like Slurm and some PBS variants as well as LDMS and 
Shifter) had a CVE announced on Tuesday 2026-02-10 1000 Pacific time.
