Hi, Benson.

I was responding to John's comment specifically about Ubuntu having a 
role if we go to Debian. You might be interested to know that the UK 
Sanger Centre uses Ubuntu for HPC in the life-sciences:

My comment about Qlustar was in relation to the availability of 
commercial support for Ubuntu-based HPC. The Sanger Centre is, of 
course, a non-profit academic centre for life-science research.
