[Beowulf] HPC for community college?

I don't see why not! Compute is definitely useful at small (liberal arts)
schools <https://us-rse.org/rse-stories/2019/adam-erck/>, and I am +1 if
there can't be a full fledged cluster, XSEDE to the rescue!
