[Beowulf] NFS HPC survey

The appliance/linux server question should be checkboxes rather than radio buttons.  We use both!

Similarly for your "other networked filesystems" question – people may be using more than one.

Any comments on using the beowulf list for something like this?  Any suggestions 
on somewhere that would be more appropriate?
